Thursday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM – Tyner Location, Lunch hour is 12-1
Friday: (EC) – 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Full Time – Elizabeth City – This is not a remote job, the Physician is required to be on site during operational hours.

Full Time – Family Nurse Practitioner
School Base Health Center Family Nurse Practitioner provides services to our School Health Clinic located in Gatesville, North Carolina on selected days as listed below.
This individual also provides mobile services to our Migrant and Seasonal Farmworker during the off season when School is closed.
The Nurse Practitioner is a Member of the Primary Care Mobile Service Team and acts as the primary mobile services provider for other services areas.
This is not a remote job , the Nurse Practitioner is required to be on site\Mobile Clinic Site during operational hours.
The mobile clinic hours are as follows:
Monday: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM – School Health Clinic – Lunch is a 30-minute break
Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM – Designated Mobile Site in Service Area.
Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM – School Health Clinic – Lunch is a 30-minute break
Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM – Designated Mobile Site in Service Area.
Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM – School Health Clinic – Lunch is a 30-minute break
